SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via USPS only. All orders will ship within 3 days of when the order was received unless otherwise noted. We recycle shipping materials and send our artifacts in unbranded boxes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
This project is run by a real person who has many obligations and projects. Therefore there are no returns or refunds. It takes a lot of time and resources to process returns and refunds while also managing a life.
Maybe one day we will get there.
If you receive the incorrect item (sorry) or if your item arrives damaged or broken, please write a nice email explaining the situation and provide photos.
We will of course remedy the situation on a case by case basis.
